Vielen Dank an alle die bei unserer Opera on Tap Premiere im KulturKlinker Barmbek dabei waren! Es hat mich sehr glücklich gemacht so viele bekannte Gesichter im Publikum zu sehen. Vielen Dank auch an meine hervorragenden Sänger Kollegen Svanhildur Palmadottir, Katharina Meissner, Antonio Romanillos Sánchez und unserer Pianistin Makiko Eguchi und natürlich an meinen Co-Manager Hartmut Vogel und den Kulturklinker Barmbek.
Opera on Tap ist einer wunderbare Möglichkeit Oper kreativ und spontan zu erleben und ich bin froh, dass wir auf diese Art auch neues Publikum an diese tolle Kunstform heranführen können. In Zeiten von TikTok und ChatGPT ist es uns Musikern eine Ehre die Aufmerksamkeit des Publikums zu fesseln und mit Arien, die z.T ein paar hundert Jahre alt sind zu fesseln. Viva la ópera!

Opera on Tap is a wonderful way to experience opera creatively and spontaneously, and I’m delighted that we can introduce new audiences to this amazing art form in this way. In the age of TikTok and ChatGPT, it’s an honor for us musicians to capture the audience’s attention and enthrall them with arias, some of which are several hundred years old. Viva la opera!
